She has over 30 years’ experience beginning her career as a contract specialist with the U.S. Navy and worked as a contract manager for Fortune 500 Defense firms before forming her own consulting company. She recently retired from consulting and training where she provided acquisition support to Federal agencies, private industry, and academia.
