Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) are being used to a greater and greater extent in DoD and other agencies to speed getting innovation into the Federal space. During 2015-2017 DoD awarded over $20 billion for research and development work through OTAs. In this webinar we will cover:

  • The differences between OTAs and FAR-based contracts
  • The rules for using OTAs
  • Intellectual property treatment under an OTA
  • How companies can find out OTA opportunities
  • How subcontracts are managed under OTAs
