Jack R. Hott, CPCM, CFCM

With over four decades in public contracting, Jack R. Hott is Principal and owner of Sourcing Outcomes & Solutions LLC, a veteran owned company, providing professional training, publishing and consulting services to government contractors on subcontracting and other contract administration issues.

He is a Fellow, past National Vice-President and Treasurer, recipient of The Charles J. Delaney Memorial Award for most outstanding articles in Contract Management Magazine and the NCMA National Achievement Award. He is a member of the Board of Trustees, of the Bowling Green State University Alumni Association, and he is a Life Member of The American Legion and the Military Officers Association of America.

Mr. Hott holds a bachelor degree from Bowling Green State University, a Masters in Public Administration from The University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from Bowling Green State University. In addition, through examination, he earned the designation of Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM).  He is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with multiple acquisition related assignments including Assistant Professor of Contract Management at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He has extensive industry experience in subcontract and purchasing management, compliance, procedure writing and business system integration.

He has authored and co-authored articles on contract management appearing in Contract Management magazine as well as numerous training materials and blog articles on subcontract management and Contractor Purchasing System Review.  He is a frequent presenter on subjects relating to subcontract management, government compliance and other contract management subjects.
